Following the same procedure as described above, N-[3-(4-isopropylbenzenesulfonylamino)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-quinolin-5-yl]-propionamide (136 mg, 0.33 mmol) in THF (10 ml) was treated with 1M BH3.THF (3.3 ml). Purification of the crude product by flash column chromatography (heptane:ethyl acetate, 1:2) provides the title compound (74 mg, 56%) as a white solid.
