Reaction Steps

To a solution of N-(4-((2-aminopyridin-4-yl)oxy)-3-chlorophenyl)-1,5-dimethyl-3-oxo-2-phenyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamide (120 mg, 0.27 mmol) in (Ac)2O (5 mL) was added Et3N (0.4 mL, 1.12 mmol). The reaction mixture was stirred at rt for 8 hours and concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by a silica gel column chromatography (DCM/CH3OH (v/v)=40/1) to give the title compound as a white solid (65 mg, 49%).
