KY-757 3-azido-2-oxopropanoic acid, KY-740 (100 mg, 0.77 mmol) in 5% acetic acid 162 ul was added in to solution of [4-(3,4-Dichloro-phenyl)-thiazol-2-yl]-hydrazine (0.2 gr, 0.77 mmol) in ethanol 2 ml. the reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 5 h. and then cooled to room temperature. The yellow solid was precipitated out, filtered and washed by water. Yield 0.1 gr (35%). MS+(ESI) m/z 371.91, calcd mass 371.2.
