The title compound was prepared as described in Example 6B Step 2, using 1-(5-tert-butylisoxazol-3-yl)-3-[3-(6,7-diethoxyquinazolin-4-yloxy)phenyl]urea and 1.0 M HCl/Et2O solution (2 eq.) in CH2Cl2 and MeOH, to afford 1-(5-tert-butylisoxazol-3-yl)-3-[3-(6,7-diethoxyquinazolin-4-yloxy)phenyl]urea hydrochloride as a solid (0.053 g, 20%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 9.67 (s, 1H), 9.27 (s, 1H), 8.66 (s, 1H), 7.68 (m, 2H), 7.40 (m, 2H), 7.26 (d, 1H), 6.97 (d, 1H), 6.48 (s, 1H), 5.78 (br, 1H), 4.28 (m, 4H), 1.43 (m, 6H), 1.27 (s, 9H); LC-MS (ESI) m/z 492 (M+H)+.
