The title compound was prepared from 3-(6,7-dimethoxyquinazolin-4-ylthio)aniline from Example 115B (94 mg, 0.3 mmol) and 3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl isocyanate (42 uL, 0.3 mmol) using the procedure in Example 182 to give 1-(3-(6,7-dimethoxyquinazolin-4-ylthio)phenyl)-3-(3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)urea (109 mg, 0.22 mmol, 73%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 9.13 (s, 1H), 9.03 (s, 1H), 8.70 (s, 1H), 8.01 (s, 1H), 7.84 (s, 1H), 7.62-7.41 (m, 4H), 7.39-7.24 (m, 4H), 3.99 (s, 6H); LC-MS (ESI) m/z 501 (M+H)+.
