Procedure

According to the procedure described in Example 113C, 3-(6,7-dimethoxyquinazolin-4-yloxy)aniline (104 mg, 0.35 mmol) and phenyl 3-(trifluoromethyl)isoxazol-5-ylcarbamate described in Example 229A (124 mg, 0.45 mmol) were reacted to give 1-(3-(6,7-dimethoxyquinazolin-4-yloxy)phenyl)-3-(3-(trifluoromethyl)isoxazol-5-yl)urea (9.23 mg, 6%) as a white solid. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 10.90 (bs, 1H), 9.30 (bs, 1H), 8.59 (bs, 1H), 7.8-7.20 (m, 5H), 7.06 (bs, 1H), 6.50 (s, 1H), 4.09 (s, 6H); LC-MS (ESI) m/z 476 (M+H)+.
