Using the same general procedure as described for the preparation of 102, reaction of 103b (192 mg, 0.810 mmol) with 102f (413 mg, 0.891 mmol) afforded 103 in 49% yield (196 mg) as an amorphous off-white solid: mp 236-238° C.; 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 9.87 (s, 1H), 8.81 (s, 1H), 8.68 (s, 1H), 8.49 (d, J=6.0 Hz, 1H), 7.73 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 2H), 7.62 (dd, J=8.0, 1.5 Hz, 1H), 7.55-7.53 (m, 3H), 7.52-7.47 (m, 1H), 4.93 (s, 2H), 4.73 (t, J=5.0 Hz, 1H), 4.42 (d, J=5.5 Hz, 2H), 3.80 (s, 3H), 1.36 (s, 9H); MS (ESI+) m/z 497.2 (M+H).
