The title compound is prepared from (R)-5-(4-methanesulfonyl-phenyl)-2-methyl-2-piperidin-4-yl-2,3-dihydro-furo[2,3-c]pyridine and carbonic acid 4-nitro-phenyl ester (R)-2,2,2-trifluoro-1-methyl-ethyl ester following a procedure analogous to that described in Example 1. LC (method 2): tR=1.00 min; Mass spectrum (ESI+): m/z=513 [M+H]+.
