(R)-4-(1-(2-aminopropyl)-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)-2-chlorobenzonitrile (108 mg, 0.42 mmol) was coupled with 2-(tert-Butoxycarbonylaminomethyl)-1H-imidazole-5-carboxylic acid (100 mg, 0.42 mmol) using the method of Example 34(d). After extraction a quantitative yield of the title compound was obtained.
