(S)-2-amino-N-(1-(3-(3-chloro-4-cyano-2-methylphenyl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-propan-2-yl)thiazole-4-carboxamide was prepared using the method of Example 34(d) starting from 2-Aminothiazole-4-carboxylic acid (0.504 g 3.49 mmol) and (S)-4-(1-(2-aminopropyl)-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)-2-chloro-3-methylbenzonitrile (0.8 g, 2.91 mmol). The product was purified by Flash-chromatography. Yield 16.65%. 1H-NMR (400 MHz; CDCl3): δ 1.24 (d, 3H), 2.58 (s, 3H), 4.30 (dd, 1H), 4.40 (dd, 1H), 4.53 (m, 1H), 4.86 (s, 2H), 7.44 (d, 1H), 7.35 (s, 1H), 7.51 (d, 1H), 7.54 (dd, 1H), 7.57 (d, 1H), 7.63 (d, 1H).
