The title compound was synthesized from (R)-4-(1-(1-aminopropan-2-yl)-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)-2-(trifluoromethyl)benzonitrile (381 mg, 1.3 mmol), 3-acetyl-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylic acid (200 mg, 1.3 mmol), HOBt (210 mg, 1.55 mmol), DIPEA (0.271 mL, 1.55 mmol) and EDCI (298 mg, 1.55 mmol) using DCM as solvent using the method of Example 34(d) affording 410 mg of the title compound. 1H NMR (400 MHz; d6-DMSO): δ 1.50 (d, 3H), 2.47 (s, 3H), 3.63 (m, 2H), 4.69 (m, 1H), 7.03 (d, 1H), 7.25 (bs, 1H), 7.90 (d, 1H), 8.18 (m, 2H), 8.27 (m, 1H), 14.15 (bs, 1H).
