(R)-5-acetyl-N-(2-(3-(4-cyano-3,5-difluorophenyl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)propyl)isoxazole-3-carboxamide (0.047 g, 0.136 mmol) of Example 226 was reacted with sodium borohydride (0.010 g, 0.272 mmol) using the method described in Example 84. Yield of the title compound 0.045 g. 1H NMR (400 MHz; MeOD): δ 1.50 (dd, 3H), 1.59 (d, 3H), 3.75 (m, 2H), 4.93 (m, 1H), 6.53 (m, 1H), 6.79 (d, 1H), 7.67 (m, 2H), 7.73 (d, 1H).
