Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared in analogy with the procedure described in Step 1.4 using ethyl 4-((4-chlorophenyl)(hydroxy)methyl)-1,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylate (Step 28.2) and 6-amino-2-methylpyridazin-3(2H)-one (Step 32.1). tR: 4.25 min (HPLC 1); tR: 0.94 min (LC-MS 2); ESI-MS: 416 [M+H]+ (LC-MS 2); Rf=0.43 (CH2Cl2/MeOH 9:1).
