The title compound was prepared in analogy to the procedure described in Step 10.3 using ethyl 4-((4-chlorophenyl)(hydroxy)methyl)-1-cyclopropyl-5-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylate (Step 40.2) and 5-amino-3-chloro-1-methylpyridin-2(1H)-one (Step 5.2) at RT for 3 days. tR: 1.24 min (LC-MS 2); ESI-MS: 529 [M+H]+ (LC-MS 2); Rf=0.52 (5% MeOH/CH2Cl2).
