Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared in analogy to the procedure described in Example 57 using 4-acetyl-5-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-hydroxy-1-(4-methoxybenzyl)-1H-pyrrol-2(5H)-one (Step 71.2) and 3-hydrazinyl-2-methoxypyridine (Step 71.1). tR: 5.79 min (HPLC 1); tR: 1.29 min (LC-MS 2); ESI-MS: 475 [M+H]+ (LC-MS 2); Rf=0.60 (hexane/EtOAc 1:1).
