Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared in analogy to the procedure described in Example 57 using 4-acetyl-5-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-hydroxy-1-(4-methoxybenzyl)-1H-pyrrol-2(5H)-one (Step 71.2) and hydrazine hydrate at 100° C. for 16 hr. tR: 4.75 min (HPLC 1); tR: 1.05 min (LC-MS 2); ESI-MS: 368 [M+H]+ (LC-MS 2); ESI-MS: 366 [M−H]− (LC-MS 2).
