This compound was synthesized from tert-butyl 4-((2-(4-fluorophenyl)oxazol-4-yl)methyl)piperazine-1-carboxylate as described for example 46 step 4 (130 mg, crude) as a trifluoroacetate salt and it was carried through without further purification. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 8.67 (br s, 2H), 8.21 (s, 1H), 8.04-8.01 (m, 2H), 7.42-7.38 (t, J=8.9 Hz, 2H), 3.80 (m, 2H), 3.18 (m, 4H), 2.88 (m, 4H). MS (ESI) m/z: Calculated for C14H16FN3O: 261.13. found: 262.0 (M+H)+
