To a solution of 6-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-3-nitro-N2-(quinolin-6-ylmethyl)pyridine-2,4-diamine (200 mg, 0.53 mmol) in methanol (10 mL) was added 10% Pd/C (20 mg, 0.1 eq). The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature under 1 atm of H2 for 2 h, then filtered. The filtrate was concentrated to afford the title compound (170 mg), which was used for the next step without further purification. MS (m/z): 347 (M+1)+.
