4,6-Dichloro-1-ethyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine 5b was reacted with m-anisidine using General Procedure B to give (6-chloro-1-ethyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4-yl)-(3-methoxy-phenyl)-amine, which was reacted with indazole boronic acid pinacol ester using General Procedure A to give 147. NMR (CDCl3): 1.62 (3H, t), 3.88 (3H, s), 4.62 (2H, q), 6.89 (1H, dd), 7.17 (1H, d), 7.32 (1H, s), 7.40 (1H, t), 7.51 (1H, s), 7.55 (1H, t), 7.64 (1H, d), 8.45 (1H, d), 9.16 (1H, s), 10.20 (1H, br). MS: MH+ 386.19 (100%)
