The title compound was prepared in analogy to example 90, from [4-(2-fluoro-phenyl)-pyridin-3-ylamino]-acetic acid methyl ester (example 196, intermediate) and 3-methanesulfonyl-5-trifluoromethyl-benzoic acid (280 mg, 1.05 mmol, example 114, intermediate a) after a reaction time of 22 hours. The compound was purified by silica gel chromatography on a 20 g column using an MPLC (Flashmaster) system eluting with a gradient of n-heptane:EtOAc (100:0 to 0:100). Light brown foam (323 mg, 61%). MS (ESI): m/z=511.094 [M+H]+.
