Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared in analogy to example 72, from (4-iodo-pyridin-3-yl)-(2,2,2-trifluoro-ethyl)-amine and 2-fluoro-6-methoxyphenylboronic acid after a reaction time of 18 hours. The compound was purified by silica gel column chromatography eluting with a gradient of n-hexane:EtOAc (20:80 to 0:100). Yellow liquid (62%). LC-MS (ESI): m/z=301.6 [M+H]+.
