The title compound was prepared in analogy to example 85, intermediate c, from tert-butyl 4-(4-fluoro-2-methoxyphenyl)pyridin-3-ylcarbamate and tetrahydrofurfurylchloride after a reaction time of 72 hours at 70° C. The compound was purified by silica gel chromatography on a 20 g column using an MPLC system (CombiFlash Companion, Isco Inc.) eluting with a gradient of n-heptane:EtOAc (100:0 to 0:100). Light yellow solid (38%). MS (ESI): m/z=403.205 [M+H]+.
