A suspension of 3-(azetidin-3-ylsulfonyl)-N-(4-(4-fluoro-2-methoxyphenyl)pyridin-3-yl)-N-methyl-5-(trifluoromethyl)benzamide (0.05 g, 95.5 μmol, example 280) and sulfuric diamide (36.7 mg, 382 μmol) in isopropylacetate (1 mL) was heated at reflux for 19 hours. The reaction mixture was evaporated and the product purified by preparative HPLC (Gemini NX column) using a gradient of MeOH:water (containing 0.1% formic acid) (20:80 to 98:2). Light brown solid (0.035 g; 60%). MS (ESI): m/z=603.10 [M+H]+.
