The title compound was prepared in analogy to example 72, from (4-iodo-pyridin-3-yl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester and 2-trifluoromethoxyphenylboronic acid after a reaction time of 16 hours at reflux. The crude product was purified by column chromatography eluting with a gradient of n-hexane:EtOAc (80:20 to 70:30). Light yellow sticky liquid (80%). MS (ESI): m/z=355.2 [M+H]+.
