The title compound was prepared in analogy to example 90, from 4-(2-(benzyloxy)phenyl)-N,6-dimethylpyridin-3-amine and 3-(methylsulfonyl)-5-(trifluoromethyl)benzoic acid (1.49 g, 5.55 mmol, example 114, intermediate a) after a reaction time of 3.5 days at room temperature. The compound was purified by silica gel chromatography on a 50 g column using an MPLC system (CombiFlash Companion, Isco Inc.) eluting with a gradient of n-heptane:EtOAc (100:0 to 10:90). Off-white solid (53%). MS (ESI): m/z=555.156 [M+H]+.
