The free base of the title compound was prepared from the product of Example 41B (190 mg, 0.60 mmol) and indole-4-boronic acid (192 mg, 1.19 mmol; Frontier) according to Method F, and converted to the p-toluenesulfonate salt using the procedure of Method H: 1H NMR (300 MHz, methanol-D4) δ ppm 1.96 (d, J=12.5 Hz, 2H), 2.19 (s, 1H), 2.33 (d, J=13.5 Hz, 2H), 2.36 (s, 3H), 2.64 (s, 2H), 3.52-3.77 (m, 6H), 5.36 (s, 1H), 7.04 (d, J=3.0 Hz, 1H), 7.17-7.27 (m, 3H), 7.43 (d, J=3.4 Hz, 1H), 7.49 (d, J=6.7 Hz, 1H), 7.58 (d, J=8.1 Hz, 1H), 7.70 (d, J=8.1 Hz, 2H). MS (DCI/NH3) m/z=354 (M+H)+. Anal. Calcd. for C19H20N4OS.C7H8O3S: C, 59.92; H, 5.38; N, 10.68. Found: C, 56.90; H, 5.11; N, 10.13.
