To (S)-ethyl 2-tert-butoxy-2-(7-(4-chlorophenyl)-2-(2-chloropyrimidin-4-yl)-5-methylbenzo[d]thiazol-6-yl)acetate (250 mg, 0.471 mmol) in 1,4-dioxane (5 mL) was added 1-isopropylpiperazine (302 mg, 2.36 mmol). The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 2.5 h and concentrated to give the product which was used without further purification. LCMS-ESI+ calc'd for C33H41ClN5O3S (M+H+): 622.3; Found: 622.2 (M+H+).
