To a solution of (S)-methyl 2-tert-butoxy-2-(7-(4-chlorophenyl)-2-(2-chloropyrimidin-4-yl)-5-methylbenzo[d]thiazol-6-yl)acetate (40 mg, 0.08 mmol) in dioxane (1 mL) was added (S)—N,N-dimethylpyrrolidin-3-amine (89 mg, 0.78 mmol) at room temperature. The reaction mixture was allowed to stir for an additional 30 minutes and then concentrated in vacuo to provide the desired product. LCMS-ESI+: calc'd for C31H37ClN5O3S: 594.2 (M+H+); Found: 594.4 (M+H+).
