To a solution of 3-(morpholine-4-carbonyl)benzoic acid (300 mg crude, 0.48 mmol) in MeCN (5 mL) was added 1-amino-3-(3,4-dihydroisoquinolin-2(1H)-yl)-propan-2-ol (100 mg, 0.49 mmol), and TEA (250 mg, 2.48 mmol) and the resulting mixture was stirred at 20° C. for 10 min. BOPCl (120 mg, 0.49 mmol) was added and the reaction mixture was stirred at 20° C. for 1 h. After evaporation of the solvent, the residue was purified by prep-HPLC to give the title compound (15.2 mg, Yield 7.5%). 1H NMR (CD3OD, 400 MHz): δ 7.85-7.94 (m, 2H), 7.60 (d, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 7.50 (t, J=7.7 Hz, 1H), 7.08-7.16 (m, 3H), 7.01-7.07 (m, 1H), 4.14 (quin, J=6.0 Hz, 1H), 3.76 (s, 6H), 3.54-3.68 (m, 3H), 3.47 (dd, J=6.8, 13.6 Hz, 3H), 2.80-2.98 (m, 4H), 2.63-2.74 (m, 2H). LCMS (m/z): 424.2 (M+1).
