The title compound was prepared by a method analogous to that described for Intermediate 3, Steps 4-8, using (1R,5S)-8-tert-butyl 3-methyl 8-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octane-3,8-dicarboxylate and 1-tert-butyl-3-iodo-4-(iodomethyl)-1H-pyrazole. +ESI (M+H) 289.2; 1H NMR (400 MHz, CD3OD, δ): 7.69 (s, 1H), 4.03-4.10 (m, 2H), 2.74 (s, 2H), 2.39-2.46 (m, 2H), 2.10-2.25 (m, 6H), 1.59 (s, 9H).
