tert-Butyl 7-bromo-3,4-dihydropyrido[4′,3′:4,5]imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine-2(1H)-carboxylate (212 mg, 0.602 mmol) and 4-(6-(trifluoromethyl)pyridin-3-yl)pyridin-2(1H)-one (145 mg, 0.604 mmol) were reacted according to Example 18 (step g) to provide the title compound (170 mg, 55%) as a white solid: ESI MS m/z 512 [M+H]+.
