Reaction Steps
Compound 23 was prepared from Compound 1D using procedures similar to those described for Example 20B and 20C, except using triethyl-4-phosphonocrotonate in step 20B. MS (electrospray): mass calculated for C27H28F3NO4, 487.20; m/z found 488.2 [M+H]+.
