Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from (S)-6-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)-6-phenyl-3-((S)-piperidin-3-yl)-1,3-oxazinan-2-one and 4,6-dichloro-3-methylpyridazine following a procedure analogous to that described in Example 1. LC-MS Method 1 tR=1.37 min, m/z=459, 461(M+1).
