Following the procedure for 126, 2-(2-isopropyl-2H-[1,2,4]triazol-3-yl)-4,5-dihydro-6-oxa-1,10b-diaza-benzo[e]azulene-9-carboxylic acid was reacted with 4-amino-1-(2-hydroxyethyl)pyrazole to give 125 as a white solid. 1H NMR (CDCl3, 400 MHz): δ 8.50 (d, J=2.2 Hz, 1H); 8.38 (s, 1H); 8.10 (s, 1H); 7.96 (s, 1H); 7.78-7.73 (m, 1H); 7.56 (s, 1H); 7.22 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 1H); 6.81 (s, 1H); 5.60-5.47 (m, 1H); 4.57 (t, J=5.7 Hz, 2H); 4.23 (t, J=4.8 Hz, 2H); 4.01 (t, J=4.8 Hz, 2H); 3.20 (t, J=5.7 Hz, 2H); 1.57 (d, J=6.6 Hz, 6H). 1 Exchangeable proton not observed. LCMS: RT=9.27 min, M+H+=449
