Reaction Steps

The title compound was prepared following the procedure of Intermediate 17, but starting from 2-bromo-6-methoxynaphthalene. Purification by chromatography (DCM/MeOH 80/20) afforded the title compound as an off white solid (43%). HPLC (Condition A), Rt: 2.2 min (HPLC purity: 98.4%). M+(ESI): 257.2
