Procedure

The title compound was prepared following the procedure of Intermediate 5, but starting from 1-bromo-4-trifluoromethylbenzene. Purification by flash chromatography (CHCl3/MeOH) gave the title compound as a pale yellow solid. M+(ESI): 245.2. HPLC (Condition A), Rt: 2.31 min (HPLC purity: 97.5%).
