The title compound, MS: m/e=282.0 (M+H+), was prepared in accordance with the general method of example A, step 2, from 2-chloro-4-trimethylsilanylethynyl-pyridine and 1-(2,2-difluoro-ethyl)-4-iodo-2-methyl-1H-imidazole.
