Reaction Steps
A solution of 3-1 (0.8 g, 1.34 mmol) in 3mL trifluoroacetic acid was stirred at 60° C. for 20 minutes and concentrated under vacuum. The residue was purified by flash chromatography (silica gel, 5% MeOH/93% CH2Cl2/2% NH3.H2O to 15% MeOH/83% CH2Cl2/2% NH3.H2O) to afford the desired product 3-2 as an oil.
