N-(6-{[2-(Acetylamino)ethyl]amino}-2-phenylpyrimidin-4-yl)-2-bromoacetamide (23) (30 μL of a 0.167M solution) was dispensed to a well of a 96 well microtitre plate, followed by [4-(4-bromophenyl)-4-hydroxypiperidine] (30w1 of a 0.167M solution) and N,N-diisopropylethylamine (30 μl of a 0.167M solution). The plate was placed in an oven at 63° C. for 5 hrs. The solvent was removed in vacuo yielding the title compound. LCMS (Method A) RT=2.43 min, m/z (ES+) 569 (MH)+
