Reaction Steps

To a solution of Example 66 (15 mg, 0.035 mmol) in THF (mL) at 0° C. was added LiAlH4 (1M, THF, 0.35 mL, 0.35 mmol) dropwise. The resulting reaction mixture was stirred 1 h at 0° C., 1 h at 21° C., and then quenched with water and neutralized using 1N HCl. The organic extracts were washed (H2O, brine), dried (MgSO4), filtered and concentrated. Purification by flash chromatography (eluting with ethanol/ethyl acetate, 1:9) provided the title compound.
