A solution of the product of Example 12 (100 mg) in water (2 mL) was obtained by sonicating for 30 seconds followed by heating to 70° C. This solution was cooled to room temperature and then cooled in a methanol/dry-ice bath. After solids crystallized the slurry was stirred at 30° C. and then the mixture filtered to provide a white solid.
