The title compound was prepared from 7-difluoromethyl-5-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-3-carboxylic acid (example C.1) and [2-(4-amino-5-chloro-thiophene-2-sulfonylamino)-ethyl]-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (example B.17) according to general procedure II and subsequent removal of the protecting group with trifluoroacetic acid in dichloromethane at 0° C. for 3 h. Orange solid. MS (ISP) 595.0 [(M+H)+]; mp 150° C.
