Reaction Steps
The compound (100.7 mg, 0.084 mmol) synthesized in Example 19 (19f) was dissolved in methanol (10 mL) and 36% hydrochloric acid (280 μL) and palladium hydroxide (100 mg) were added thereto, followed by stirring of the mixture at room temperature under a hydrogen atmosphere for 4 hours. After celite filtration, 18% ammonia water (1 mL) was added thereto and the solvent was distilled off under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by ion exchange resin (Dowex 50w×8) column (water—1% ammonia water). Further, it was purified using silica gel flash column chromatography (ethyl acetate:methanol:water, 5:2:1-1:1:1, V/V) to obtain the desired title compound (10.0 mg, 19.2%) as a colorless solid.
