In an analogous manner to Example 1, step 2,1-[(1R)-2-[(3S)-3-aminopyrrolidin-1-yl-1-(3-chlorophenyl)ethyl]cyclohexanol dihydrochloride was prepared from tert-butyl {(3S)-1-[(2S)-2-(3-chlorophenyl)-2-(1-hydroxycyclohexyl)acetyl]pyrrolidin-3-yl}carbamate (see Example 387B). MS (ES) m/z 323.1; HRMS: calcd for C18H27ClN2O+H+, 323.18847; found (ESI, [M+H]+), 323.188; [α]D25=+24° (c=0.0105 g/mL, MeOH); CD=−@281 nm.
