The title compound was prepared under the same conditions as described in Example 1 with 5-(2-diethylamino-ethyl)-3-methyl-4-oxo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1H-pyrrolo[3,2-c]pyridine-2-carbaldehyde and N-(5-fluoro-2-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-indol-7-yl)-acetamide which was prepared by the acetylation of 7-amino-5-fluoro-1,3-dihydro-indole-2-one (prepared according to U.S. Pat. No. 6,114,371, US1997-810659) as starting materials to give N-{3-[5-(2-diethylamino-ethyl)-3-methyl-4-oxo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1H-pyrrolo[3,2-c]pyridine-2-ylmethylene]-5-fluoro-2-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-indol-7-yl}-acetamide (36 mg, 30.8%) as a yellow solid.
