Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared as a solid according to the method of Example 75 step ii) using the product of Example 75 step i) and (2R,6S)-2,6-dimethyl-piperazine, and the product purified by SiO2 chromatography (eluting with 5% methanol in dichloromethane followed by 5% of 7M methanolic ammonia in dichloromethane).
