Reaction Steps
To a solution of 4-(8-(4-(diethoxymethyl)phenyl)-3-oxo-3,7,8,9-tetrahydro-2H-pyrido[4,3,2-de]phthalazin-9-yl)-N,N-dimethylbenzamide (180 mg, 0.35 mmol) in acetonitrile (10 mL) was added trifluoroacetic acid (5 mL), stirred for 30 min, Then the mixture was evaporated under reduced pressure to get the title compound (140 mg, yield 91%). LC-MS (ESI) m/z: 439(M+1)+.
