Pyrazin-2-yl-thiourea (Example 1a) (0.047 g, 0.31 mmol) is added to a stirred solution of 4-(1-bromo-2-oxo-propyl)-2-chloro-benzenesulfonamide (0.10 g, 0.31 mmol) in ethanol (5 ml). The solution is heated at 60° C. for 3 hours. The mixture is filtered to remove the precipitate which is washed with methanol and dried. (0.055 g).
