Reaction Steps

The titled compound is prepared from 3-(5-thioureido-[1,3,4]thiadiazol-2-yl)-propionic acid (56b) and from 4-(2-oxo-propyl)-benzenesulfonyl chloride (prepared as described in European patent specification EP 91749 A2) following procedures described for Example 1 using ammonia to prepare the sulfonamide.
