Reaction Steps
To a DCM solution (4 mL) of [6-(3,5-Dimethyl-isoxazol-4-yl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ylmethyl]-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (360 mg, 1.048 mmol) was added trifluoroacetic acid (4.0 mL, 51.9 mmol), in a nitrogen atmosphere.
